Inside the Academy, you will clarify your purpose, package your brilliance, and build a coaching business with structure, confidence, and integrity. Through comprehensive training, practical exercises, and real-time feedback, you’ll learn how to position your expertise, communicate your value, and market your services effectively. Members receive a one-year access to training materials, a supportive community, accountability partnerships, and ongoing email support. This Academy blends leadership development with hands-on application—so you’re not just learning, you’re leading. This is where women coaches stop guessing and start building with intention. Certification Distinction The Coach with Confidence™ Premier Academy Certification is a separate, advanced credentialing pathway for Academy members who desire professional certification. Certification candidates complete additional requirements, including assessments, practicum evaluations, and demonstrated competencies aligned with ethical standards and professional coaching practice. Certification is designed for those ready to formally step into leadership, responsibility, and professional authority as a coach. Participation in the Academy does not automatically grant certification. Certification is earned.
